At the point of acquisition Martin Backman, the CEO of Foxway Group said:

With Greentech and Alternativ Data , we are even better positioned to lead the way pioneering sustainable and circular change in our industry, encouraging customers to make better procurement decisions and influence the creation of even more sustainable business practices.

To the Partners of Greentech and Alternativ Data the financial merger will entail that the contractual relationships are transported to Foxway AS ORG 913 506 952. No disruption or discontinuing of services will be the result of the merger. All our Partners, clients and customers will continue to get the same good service as they are use to but with a fuller suite of services to choose from.
